Hudson & Co. Studio is the home of Captured By Grace Photography, Logan Hudson Art, and Sarah Boudoir Photo, but it's also a flexible space available to rent for creatives like photographers, videographers, and artists, teachers, workshops, as well as for private and public events!

How it works:


You can book your own rental using the site below or contact us with specific questions! The more time you book, the more money you save!

Important things to note:

  • Reschedules and cancellations are available with a refund with at least 24 hours notice. If the cancellation or reschedule occurs less than 24 hours before the original booking, no refund will be given. For rentals of 4+ hours, there is a 48 hours cancellation policy. Please reach out to capturedbygracemi@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule your booking.
  • Business liability insurance is required.
  • A photographer is not included in your rental. If you need a photographer, please reach out to Grace Hudson or Sarah Stephan.
  • The studio is pet friendly, but pets must not be aggressive and must be leashed before entering building.
  • No alcohol can be sold on the premises.
  • All photography props are available for use but must be returned in the condition and location you found them.
  • Two Continuous Soft Box Lights are always included! Additional Photography lighting equipment is available to rent by request.
  • Parking, wifi, heat & AC, a kitchenette with full size fridge and dishwasher are included.

The Space

Our studio includes:

The Main Studio: approximately 500 square foot open studio room with medium sized windows on the south, east, and north walls. Several 'vignettes' with moveable props including a velvet green mid-century style futon, a platform bed with white linens, several stools & chairs, white walls, and seamless backdrop holder (this is a permanent ceiling mounted item) with a variety of backdrops. It also includes a moveable backdrop that currently holds a 107 in white seamless paper roll, an eggnog seamless paper roll, and a beige canvas. The floors are wood, but there are several rugs, and a white roll out vinyl floor mat.


The studio also has direct access to a private backyard area.

The studio area is able to be cleared for private events or shows.

Who can rent?

The space is ideal for: photographers, models, videographers, teaching artists, movement classes like yoga, etc., and private events like baby showers, bridal showers, etc.

Memberships are meant to be split into various days, but include all set up and teardown time, so please plan accordingly or be aware that your invoice will be updated to the actual time used.

Please reach out to Grace ahead of time to ensure your desired dates area available as the studio is a first come first serve basis, and houses two working photographers and a working artist. There is often flexibility, but please be mindful of this.

A curated space.

There is almost always something new in the studio. We love classic and vintage pieces, as well as pieces that are practical. Everything in the studio is kid friendly. Feel free to bring your own favorite bed spread, or other props.


The seamless backdrop length is 107 inches and all paper is high quality Savage Brand. We also have a custom rolling wooden backdrop that holds seamless paper rolls OR things like curtains, canvas, etc and can be moved to face the best natural light.


A variety of lighting equipment is available for an additional rental of $60 for access to all. Current lighting equipment includes:

  • 28 inch MagMod Softbox & 42 inch MagMod Softbox
  • MagMod Strip Light Box with Diffusion Panel
  • Small reflector with gold, silver, black, and white sides
  • Reflector clips
  • 7 Foot Wescott White Umbrella with Diffuser
